"The initial walk into the apartment was very nice. What struck me was the overpowering smell of cleaning solvents (clorox/chlorine). Other than the odor the room was well maintained. However, the restroom was a different issue. There were ants all over the wall where the sink and toilet were situated. Luckily, I had sealed containers to protect my hygienic items."

"First off the place has limited parking. First come first serve. Don’t park in the corner spot or you will get blocked in and can’t get out. Three stories and not Handicap friendly. Rooms are large and come with a tv, internet, coffee maker, refrigerator and microwave. Room was clean but could use some attention to detail. Meaning clean baseboards and food on wall. My coffee maker did not work and staff quickly addressed the issue. Loud noise from tram going by day and night. While at night it was loud also from patrons at the bar on the corner. Beautiful ocean view from windows. I would definitely stay again and recommend to friends and family. Very affordable with friendly staff."

"The only reason we could not give you all 5 is the floor layout.1. It was not obvious that the kitchen and eating areas not connected, the floor plan is not clearly layout.2. There are too many steps within the unit; the entrance steps inside is going down immediately, quite dangerous to guests, especially first time step in. These are safety concerns. But we also know there is not an easy way to fix it. The large bedroom also has a step down floor, took guests a while to get used to it.Other than the layout, we don't have other concerns.It was easy to reach the manager and get info, etc. We did enjoy our stay!"
