"While the room itself was impressive, the overall experience was significantly impacted by poor service and miscommunication. Upon arrival, I noticed coffee grounds had been left in the coffee maker. Throughout my weeklong stay, obtaining essential amenities like extra towels and toilet paper from the staff proved challenging. ​Despite these issues, I still intended to leave a five star review due to an accommodating gesture by the front desk. Because my schedule changed, I requested a late checkout rather than booking an additional night. The attendant graciously approved a 2:00 PM checkout instead of the standard 11:00 AM. ​However, at 11:00 AM, staff demanded that we vacate the room, stating that late checkouts are reserved exclusively for loyalty members. This sudden reversal created an incredibly stressful situation, forcing me to scramble for alternative accommodations at the last minute. If a late checkout was not permitted, it should not have been offered in the first place. Due to this lack of professionalism and consistency, I will not be staying at this location again."
