A cozy and welcoming home away from home in South Florida! Our apartment is designed to offer you the highest comfort level, allowing you to unwind and escape the daily grind.
No matter what your preference is, you can relax and enjoy the beautiful South Florida weather. Our building is surrounded by lush palm trees and other plants, creating a natural habitat for local harmless animals such as lizards, iguanas, and possums.

COZY and WELCOMING. It’s meant to be your home away from home. The comfort level is high so unwind and escape the daily grind by relaxing in the plush queen size bed. Sip a cup of tea in this minimalist chic studio apartment and enjoy the serene and private indoor and outdoor space. Whatever you choose to do, relax and enjoy the beautiful South Florida weather.

Please make sure to read house manual prior to your arrival. Other than that... relax and enjoy your stay.

Note: we receive very detail photos from the cleaning crew upon the completion of their job. All areas are surgically inspected and cleaned. Should you find a discrepancy or something that does not suite your please notify us IMMEDIATELY. This will give us an opportunity to make it right. Waiting will only dilute the possibilities of corrective action.

~PLEASE turn air conditioner OFF when not in house. You could leave the fans on.

~Always use the bedding sheets in the closet to cover the sofa bed when in use. Please do not sleep on it without properly fitting it with the sheets.

~when using the sofa bed. Make sure to pull the support legs out from back rest. This prevents the sofa from flipping over due to lack of support.

~please be mindful of the carpets by not stepping in them with dirty shoes.
