    Just a 5 minute walk and you will be toes in the sand. Come and enjoy the sunny stretches of Pompano Beach then retreat back to your cozy home to entertain in the backyard or just relax in this quiet neighborhood. Upscale Dining, Shopping, and the newly renovated Pier are all within walking distance of this 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home. The open layout is perfect for those who love to have space to spread out and relax and be able to enjoy all the amenities of being at home.

    The backyard is a large entertaining space featuring several seating areas, a bbq grill, brand new pet friendly grass in a big fenced in yard. Tons of room for kids and pets to play in.
