Lots of broken down cars in the parking lot. People living at the hotel. They ran out of coffee for the rooms. And lobby was not open in the morning for us to get some before our early morning flight

On the positive, the staff was friendly and professional and the hotel was located near the airport with free shuttle transportation. However, the hotel is in need of updating both inside and out. After taking a shower, a large bubble of water appeared in the ceiling, pulsating above the toilet and dripping on your head when sitting. While the room appeared clean at first, it needed additional cleaning behind and beneath the furniture. If I were to return to Fort Lauderdale, I would choose a different hotel in a different part of town.

Bugs crawling under bed. Mold and mold stain on the walls. Air conditioning leaking water on not the room. The rooms smelled we ended up not staying sure to my daughter’s asthma. Kids also did not feel safe. Staff was very helpful and understanding.

Old, dirty, noisy, and had no hot water, instead of an airport shuttle, they put me in a pre-paid taxi and when the taxi arrived at the airport, the driver said he only received $20.00 from Days Inn and the meter showed $25.00 and demanded me to pay the difference.

I checked in on Thursday night stayed in room 308 From the time I checked In I called down to inform the staff that my tv was all snow. I was told maintenance was told. Friday morning I went down to tell the desk again I was told they were coming to fix it. Got back Friday night and it still wasn’t fixed I had to call 3 times and nothing got fixed the property was a mess with broken cars in some spots. A food truck with a boot on it out front and loud

A basic budget hotel. Very noisy all night long. Area seemed a bit sketchy. Facilities were worn and ratty looking. Toilet was difficult to flush, the water took forever to run out of the sink, room smelled musty, etc. Wouldn't stsy there again.

I was a little worried after reading some of the reviews, but I really didn't need to be. Everything was fine, staff were great, breakfast was a good continental offering. Room was clean and tidy, towels provided. We stayed for one night, then used the shuttle to get to the cruise port, which cost $15 each. I do believe that the airport shuttle is free. It is on a very busy road, so some traffic noise, but nothing that bothered us.

This place is not well-maintained. They do not provide a small fridge and microwave. The towels are of low quality, and their breakfast was minimal. No one seems to care about upkeep. The noise from the street is the most troublesome. You can hear motorcycles making 120 dB of noise at 1 am. This is not the hotel owner's fault but rather the absence of police surveillance everywhere in Miami and Fort Lauderdale. You must watch out for lawless drivers and be super cacious.

We had two rooms. One room the sink drained extremely slow, like an hour for it to drain. The other room there was only one working electrical outlet. We were very, very disappointed in our stay. This property was cheaper than most others, so I guess you could say you get what you pay for. But for $450 for one night stay (2 rooms) I expected at least a reasonable experience.

Check-in was slow. Lots of people checking in and only one attendant. Room was very spacious but bathroom needed repairs. Paint peeling from the ceiling. No coffee in our room. When enquired with front desk, it took almost 3 hours before we got any coffee. Hotel it located on Broward Blvd. Traffic was very noisy.

The property is tired and dated. It is Convenient as a landing pad for the cruise port, but for the age and state it was expensive. On a super busy road with nothing really around it you are an Uber or cab from anything other than Dunkin Donuts and a couple of small stand up places. Walmart across a very busy overpass.

First off the room was filthy. The beds were made and there were no bugs which was a plus. Now to the bad. I do not think the floors have been washed in the room for a long while. My daughter was walking around in her white socks and after only a few minutes the bottoms of her socks were black. House keeping was not available at 10pm when we checked in to clean anything, nor were we able to get extra pillows because housekeeping was gone for the day. There was black mold in the shower and mold around the air conditioner. When the room door was closed there was a 1/4 inch gap between the door jam and the door. This made us feel unsafe even though the door locked. We could not have the air conditioning on a lot due to all the people smoking marijuana outside and it coming into our room when the air was on. I really did not feel safe going to my room and defiantly did not feel safe leaving the room if I had to. All in all this is the worst room I have ever stayed at EVER!! I cannot believe it cost $208.49 for one night. I do have pictures available, but there isn't an option attach them. Also I specifically booked this hotel since on Expedia it was advertised as free shuttle to the cruise port. Only to find out it was $15 per person. There were a few other hotel guest who were under the same impression of the free shuttle to the port.

The room we were given had no working safe and wasn't the cleanest. New room next day had a working safe, semi clean, but lacking coffee pack for evening drink. Breakfast was very good and shuttle to ship was well run. Hotel showed it's years and needs some upgrades.

This was the worst place we have ever stayed, we requested a different room after walking into the worst smell!! We were moved into a less stinky room. Do yourself a favor find a different place to stay. I wish we did.

Rooms smelled, needed cleaning and repairs. Staff were fine and the shuttle driver was good
