Enjoy the best beach in South Florida, just a 5-minute walk away, ideal for swimming, snorkeling, and some of the best diving spots in Florida (second only to Key West!). The famous Lauderdale-by-the-Sea Pier is only a minute away — a perfect place to fish or watch the sunrise.

Fees are not listed clearly in the policies. Neither was expectations of cleaning when I leave. Didn't find out until after check in. In addition the host was super rude to me for asking a simple question.
