    This property is located in a quiet residential area and the residential noise ordinance from 10 PM to 7 AM must be followed. Reservation will be canceled and guests will be asked to find other accommodations if there are noise complaints by the neighbors and/or the Fort Lauderdale Police Department gets dispatch to the property.



    Valid ID is required upon arrival and reservation will be canceled if the rules are not followed. Luxury Vacation Stays is the exclusive operator of this property.

    This home is in the upscale neighborhood of Victoria Park East in Fort Lauderdale walking distance to Las Olas Blvd. at 12th & Las Olas. Victoria Park is an upscale family oriented neighborhood walking distance (10 min walk) to amazing restaurants, pubs, nightlife and shopping. There are multiple parks walking distance through the neighborhood and 2 Fort Lauderdale beaches (Fort Lauderdale Beach & Central Beach) are a short 10 minute drive.

    The city sponsored CIRCUIT chauffeured golf carts can be requested via the RIDE CIRCUIT app. Pick up is available at the villa and drop off at the Beach, Las Olas and Downtown areas.     The villa is walking distance to Las Olas Blvd. Less than a 10 min walk to Las Olas & 12th and on the Circuit where you can hop on chauffeured golf carts to the beach, shops and restaurants where there is a vast amount of dining options, pubs, shops and entertainment.

    1. It is unlawful to allow for a sexual offender or sexual predator to occupy this residence.



    2. Noise - any sound shall not be plainly audible for a period of one (1) minute or longer at a distance of twenty-five (25) feet or more when measured from the source property line between the hours of 10:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m. daily and at a distance of fifty (50) feet or more when measured from the source property line between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m. daily.



    3. Vehicle Parking - all vehicles associated with the Vacation Rental must be parked in compliance with Chapter 26 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Fort Lauderdale: all vehicles associated with the vacation rental must be parked within a driveway located on the subject property; vehicles are not permitted to park in the swale or on the street.



    4. Trash Pick-Up - No solid waste container shall be located at the curb for pickup before 6:00 p.m. of the day prior to pick up, and solid waste container must be removed before midnight of the day of pickup. The Property must be free of garbage and litter except the storage of garbage, and litter in authorized receptacles.
