Boutique apartment, modern decor in a midcentury style building. On the canal with a pool and a private terrace. Very clean, ground floor, comfortable, fully equipped kitchen: micro-wave, dishwasher, stove, refrigerator, pots, dishes, utensils, linen ... Bathroom completely renovated: glass and tile shower, sofa bed, dining room table for 4 people, large walk-in, washer-dryer on site, access to BBQ. New AC. 1.5 mile to beach, parking available, towels and beach chairs provided.

All guests must be 23 years old or older or accompanied by their parents.
All adults guests will have to send a Pictured ID to the owner.

Despite our meticulous cleaning practices & our pest control company’s best efforts, bugs & critters are part of life in Florida, sub-Tropical climate. Mosquitos, ants, cockroaches & lizards like to find their way inside. If this alarms you to point of scared to death, please do not book. If you are seeing them regularly, please let us know so we can arrange to have another treatment done but we will not reimburse you. If you find one dead, it means our treatment is working.

Lovely Location

Lovely apartment and the owners are brilliant at keeping in touch and offering advice regarding the area. Very close to several bars and restaurants just a 10 minute walk.

The space was very clean, and a decent size. Was actually bigger than I thought it would be. The neighborhood is REALLY nice. Not too often you feel compelled to walk around and look at houses. Check in was super easy and the hosts were very helpful and straightforward. My only gripe is that the pool was out of order, but I suppose that's not their fault. Overall amazing experience.

We really enjoyed our first visit in Fort Lauderdale, got to meet Nathalie one of the owners. She was really pleasant to talk to and also gave us some really good tips on places to eat. Very relaxing and organized. Looked just like the pictures. Owners communicated well as to check-in instructions. Onsite manager introduced herself, quite friendly. Neighborhood is great for walkers/runners/bikers. Wish I had time to take advantage of the amenities but I was there for work. Pretty well stocked kitchen although I did not cook. This was my third rental in south Florida and it outshone the others handily for cleanliness! Thank you.

Place was great!

Cozy place, has everything you need, very comfortable and very easy to get to places around there. Beach is only a 5 minute drive and restaurants and bars are all within 5-10 minutes.

You wont be disappointed

This property was perfect for my partner and I to get away for a few days. Great location on the canal, $8 Uber ride to everywhere, and the pool felt private as we were the only ones using it. This place was awesome. The owners are fantastic too. Thanks for letting us have a great weekend at your place!

Getaway for two at a good price.

Perfect for biking to the beach, swimming pool out your front door, and dining on a private patio with friendly neighbors and quiet location. Well-stocked kitchen, bath, beach and cleaning supplies.

Sunshine vacation

Our stay was amazing. Just to let you know there is only one beach chair so we bought another one and left it for your next guests. We did discover however that the chair you had is broken. If we had known we would have bought two lol we will absolutely be in touch again. And thank you for the TV code and answering so promptly. Thank you again!

First experience with vrbo ... and it was so amazing that we booked another stay with vrbo in Delray

This was the most perfect situation for my girlfriend and I . The unit was THE BEST .. the little side patio table and chairs were amazing . The pool had no hours that were excluded ( we never even used the pool lol ) but it was amazing to say the least . Our parking spot we could see right from our door . The neighborhood was gorgeous. It was as clean as possible , contact with the property manager was perfect and precise . They finished cleaning and texted me an hour before check in time and let us know we were good to go . I just could recommend this property and these hosts enough . There was way more towels and extra sheets and beach stuff , coolers , chairs , dishwasher pods , things in the fridge .... or course things accumulate as guests come and go , and we made our share of donations to the house . I honestly couldn’t come up with one negative things to say about this host and this place and the overall experience of you paid me too . We literally used vrbo to book a trip in 6 weeks for a friends wedding in Delray in may . And I can’t wait . This app is the best thing that ever happened to traveling . The chances of me staying in a hotel ever again are slim

Great apartment and great location

This VRBO was clean and just right for us. The place was within walking distance to the beach, and beach chairs and an umbrella were provided. The location is perfect, quiet, and uncrowded. On the way to the beach, there is a French bakery, so we loved stopping for a pastry and then spending lots of time at the Oceanside.

Best decision ever, awesome property

This was the best decision we ever made to stay at this property. Oliver and Nathalie created the perfect place to relax and enjoy ourselves, clean, spacious, great location, and it even had everything we needed to cook our meals instead of eating out. Easy access to check in and out. This will be our go to place when we return . Thanks so much for your amazing accommodations. We enjoyed our stay so much, we even left a little thank you 🎁

House was clean, wonderfully decorated. Such a beautiful location, close to shops and a walk to the beach. Only had to chat to the owners at check in for the code and after that it was smooth sailing. It was a wonderful stay. Would recommend.

I had to shorten my long term stay here & the owners were very sweet about it & understanding!! The location is great, short walk to great restaurants, shopping, and Publix. The beach is also very close! The place was very clean & in a nice, safe area! The place looks exactly like the pictures! I would definitely stay here again, ZERO complaints!!

Worst VRBO I’ve every stayed in

Did not deserve even 1 star. Would not recommend this place to anyone. Wanted a place to relax at the end of our cruise and this was not it. It has 14 units with kids. Needs to be upgraded, old floors and windows, stains on chairs, side door not secure. The couch is hard and has a low back so not relaxing unless you lay out on it, but then there is no where else to sit but bar stool chairs. But don’t worry nothing to relax too, small tv with only basic 13 or so channels. Has a dishwasher but no soap for it, had to wash by hand. Has a coffee maker but no coffee. It didn’t even have paper towels for the kitchen or a clock for the bedroom. Meet a tenant that lived their the 1st day and was told this was not the place to stay. My husband said it was 1 step up from camping. We even thought of looking for another place to stay after the 1st night. The good things about it was, I did not see any bugs only ant traps and the area Coral Ridge has beautiful homes. Stayed at a VRBO for 1 day prior to our cruise paid 1/2 the cost and it was perfect with everything a home away from home should have.
