There's a private pool for cooling off, a pergola-shaded firepit lounge for evenings that run late, and a second dining table for eight when dinner belongs under the sky. Games are on hand for the competitive ones, and beach gear waits by the door for anyone heading to the sand.

Four bedrooms, four ensuite baths — everyone gets their own space and their own bathroom, which anyone who's traveled with a full house knows is worth its weight. The primary keeps a king; two more rooms offer queens; and a fourth is set with two twins, ideal for kids or friends splitting the trip. Two of the rooms have a rollaway twin ready to set up if your count runs a little higher. And it's all on a single level — no stairs to negotiate at the end of a long day.

The location is the quiet secret. You're in Flagler Village, the arts-and-maker pocket just north of downtown Fort Lauderdale, where the MASS District fills weekends with gallery walks, murals, food trucks, and livemusic a short stroll away. Downtown's Riverwalk, the shops and galleries of Las Olas Boulevard, and Fort Lauderdale Beach are each a quick drive, and the nearby Brightline station puts Miami, West Palm Beach, and even Orlando within easy reach by train. Wilton Manors and its dining scene sit
just to the north. It's central without the noise — close to everything, but the kind of street you're glad to come home to.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.

As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards.
