The place is beautiful. The apartment is extremely cozy. We just found our go to place when we visit south Florida. Very clean, staff is very nice.

Wonderful getaway

The resort was exactly as described. It was clean and the staff was friendly. Check in and check out was a breeze. We especially enjoyed the many amenities especially the pool and hot tubs. We highly recommend and plan to come back!

Nice family resort

This was a nice family place to stay and the convenience of access to sister properties was a bonus! The neighborhood outside of the resort seemed a little sketchy but the resort was very secure and we never had any issues. Pools are nice but a bit crowded and lack enough chairs for all guests. Also, the hard core sales pitch at check in was very stressful, you should be prepared for this after traveling all day. I would stay again, price is nice for a large 2 bedroom suite.

The only downside was the very pushy sales staff that continually called and scheduled, without our consent or agreement, to take a tour of the property to sell either ownership or time shares. Palm Aire Condo - great balcony, kitchen with banquette, fun pool

We initially had a bottom floor condo that had a leak and we were immediately moved to an upper floor unit that was a big upgrade, nice finishes and furniture, great balcony with view and convenient to 2 pools. Kids loved the pool slide .we walked to Presidente market for food and ate at the Lebanese restaurant with bellydancing. Only issue is the unit was a little hard to find with all the buildings and not alot of signage. The Wyndham staff was friendly and a bit loud with the DJd pool party but overall a great experience. 20 min drive to sister property with beach access. Liked Palm Aire much better, glad we stayed!

Stayed Spring Break April What an amazing vacation we had at Wyndham Palm Aire Resort in Pompano Beach, FL! The resort had everything we could possibly need or want! Our condo was beautiful. 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, large kitchen w/ living room, 2 balconies, washer/dryer, a/c, perfect...just perfect. There was 6 of us and it was more than enough room. The first bedroom was large and spacious with a king size bed and plenty of room to spread out. The 2nd room had 2 full beds and a connecting bathroom. The living room had a large pullout queen size couch. The kitchen was spacious and had everything you need for the week! Washer / dryer was sucha bonus! and we did use it a lot! The staff at the resort was amazing. Whenver we needed towels or any other amenities they had them at our door within an hour! Our buidling (Royal Palm) was PERFECT. Nice an quiet, smaller pool but we walkd a very short walk to the larger pool in the next building which was amazing! Large water slide, walkin large pool,splash area, Tiki bar, kareoke, pool tables, volley ball, corn hole, minin golf and a snack / lunch spot. It was PERFECT. We went to the beach 5 our of the 7 days we were there and it was a simple 5-10 min drive. AMAZING! I would def recommend this resort to anyone and plan on going again! Thank you to Hannah and Tina who went above and beyond to correct a minor snafu at the beginning of our trip but it was resolved within minutes. Such and amazing stay!! We Loved it!

Booked same (or so I thought) as in 10-2021. I don't remember the name of the bldg but we were I believe on the 6th floor with a poolside view. Our room this time was in a different bldg (Areca) lower floor and street view. We were moved to a poolside room in the same bldg after making the request at the front desk. My suggestion is to know the names of the bldgs on the property. Trip was good.

During check-in, they pushed the Timeshare relentlessly.…check in was supposed to be at 4 - Rooms weren’t ready until 5:30. Resort was very far from the beach. Neighborhood was not the best. Staff was not very friendly.

Apartment was lovely. Kitchen had very utensil and pottery one could need and paper towels and coffee starter set. Bathrooms had essentials for the first couple of days. Plenty of towels and hand towels, and more were delivered upon request midstream in out stay. TVs in living room and bedrooms were all great to have…beds were comfortable…washer and dryer in unit were huge for all the swimming and beaching that we did. Crib and high chair for our infant was great. Never had to communicate mid-stay with owner for anything. We had a wonderful stay…absolutely zero complaints!!

Not as advertised

The pictures were not representative of where you actually stay. The main building you check in at is not the bldg you stay in, in all cases. We were sent across the street to a different building away from all the bigger pools. The bldg across the street is not as nice. During check in they give you zero instruction on where to go and where things are. They only care about selling the timeshares. You check in at one counter then they move you to a different one and that’s when the pressure is on. It’s uncomfortable pressure too.. not friendly either when saying no about 20 times. Bleh was redone but not well, it was also in a sketchy area around pompano beach, lots of sirens constantly. Was fine for what we needed but will not be returning.
