Reserved parking and plenty of guest spots. In ground pool and cookout area! Across the street from public boat ramp and fishing docks, walking distance to bars, restaurants, groceries & shopping. Quiet friendly area, washer and dryer on the same floor as condo. Beach house theme. East of US1 and minutes to Port Everglades. 7 minutes from Fort Lauderdale Airport. 30 minutes to Miami
