I was disappointed from.the time I walked in. I checked in at 6 p.m in which I calles hours before arrival to let the hotel know that I would be checking in after 3. Looks as though the gentlemen was sleeping and did not properly greet me. Some other occupants were loud. Someone above me was banging on the door at 4a.m yelling for a woman to open the door. I could not wait to leave the property. The only reason I stayed was because I travel over 200 miles and just need a peaceful one nights rest and un fortunately I did not purchase the protection plan. I will NEVER consider staying here again

If I could only leave pictures you would never stay here! Elevator didn’t work, the hallways to room is disgusting, then there’s the room. Hair in tub, bed with stains on every sheet, the 2 chairs are peeling apart it’s not somewhere you want to sleep!!! Take my advise spend the extra $40 and stay somewhere else

This was the dirtiest, most unpresentable, and unprofessional hotel I have ever experienced. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. The elevator was not working, which was extremely inconvenient. When I entered my room, it was dirty, the couch was ripped up and the bathroom was not functioning properly. To make matters worse, a room service staff member came into my room and told me that I needed to lift the toilet lid and fix it myself in order for it to work — then she left. That is completely unacceptable. Despite these serious issues, I was not offered a refund or any form of compensation. This experience fell far below basic hospitality standards. I am extremely disappointed.

The front desk was ok. I will never be staying here again. It was my last resort for a cheap stay. The pictures need to be updated because this place doesn't look anything like the photos. No toilet paper or extra towels were available. Toilet was not working properly. No tv remote for the tv. Elevators don't work. Nothing is this place was clean. Mold and dusty. Sketchy place. On the paper I was given, it says housekeeping service every two weeks which eww. Hotels should be cleaned everyday. I've never heard of this. Anyways, I can go on, but I will never come back to this hotel.

The staff was fine, but the room had roaches, a chair that was damaged, not fit to sit in and towels still had hair tangled in them. Since it is an extended stay hotel, I don't think they should book rooms for short stays. I wouldn't stay there again.
