Unwind at this charming desert oasis after a long day on the river. The house was lovingly decorated with comfort and relaxation in mind for the whole family. Enjoy the gorgeous Arizona sunsets from the comfort of the covered patio. The house is located centrally in close proximity to launch ramps, golf courses and casinos. Although shops and restaurants are only a five-minute drive away, the area feels peaceful and secluded.

Cleans and reasonably located to river access

House was very clean and reasonably located to access of the Colorado river. Previous reviews state lack of water pressure but we had no issues. Only complaint I would have on this property is the thermostat was difficult to operate and cooling temps were pre set for certain times which caused the home to get quite warm at night. If property manager added a few ceiling fans or free standing fans for guest it would alleviate some of the issues with the home getting warm at night. All in all a great stay and the communication with the property manager was always timely and helpful.

We needed a spot on our road trip home and this worked for us perfectly. We liked having the fenced yard for our doggie!!! Thought the cactus theme was cute!!!

Everything was fantastic. The house was very clean & stocked well. Our only complaint was the water pressure. It wasn’t even strong enough to do a load of laundry. Definitely will be staying again though it was perfect for my son & our dog. All the little details & extras made this house so warm & welcoming. 💓

Cool Casa Cactus Comfort

This lovely home is very clean, upgraded, well stocked and very cool! Hot outside but cool and almost too cold inside. What a pleasant surprise. A large fully fenced yard for our fur baby and enough extra parking for a boat or SeaDoos with car parked under the awning to keep it cool, all inside the fence. Everything included from salt and pepper to shampoo and candles to games and laundry soap. We give it a 6 star rating. And of course premium everything from towel and sheets and comforts to an expert bar-be-que grill! We will definitely be back!!!

Really nice

I had a really nice time here. I went to see my father for his 80th birthday. He is living at an RV park in Bullhead City. This place was only 10 minutes away. It was very nicely decorated. It had everything I needed to cook with in the kitchen. I liked the furnishings and felt very comfortable there. If I am honest, I was a little nervous about the neighborhood when I first arrived, but I took multiple walks with my dog and things were quiet and everything was good. There was a good Mexican food place about 2 miles away and I found I was pretty centrally located to all the things I wanted to do. I was grateful my dog could stay with me. Everything about the stay went smoothly and easily.

Dove opener 2022

It was very clean. Everything has been remodeled so nicely, that it didn't feel like we stayed in a manufactured home. Best of all we were allowed to bring our dog!! Huge plus for pet owners and property owners as pets are not always welcome. Thank you so much!!
