The Space:
The Space: The upstairs is divided across two large bedrooms (one featuring a king bed and the other two queen beds) and two bathrooms (one with a walk in shower and the other a shower/tub combination). The home also features an updated kitchen, fully outfitted with the latest appliances and cookware, a large living room with sectional sofa (not a sleeper) and flatscreen TV, and large front and back patios. The front patio is configured as a Florida room and is air conditioned while the back patio is an open air screened patio. Both feature ample patio furniture for sitting and relaxing. Finally, the home is outfitted with a washer and dryer, internet (via mobile hotspot), air conditioning, electric, water, and sewer.

Please note that the lower floor of this home is rented separately. The lower level is not connected in any way to the upper level and the levels have separate entrances. Pool access is restricted to this property only.

On September 2022, our area was impacted by Hurricane Ian, a Category 4 storm. Our community has been significantly impacted by this historic storm, and hurricane recovery efforts are still in progress. Beaches, restaurants and stores are open and welcoming visitors. We ask guests to be mindful of the challenges that our community is facing and understanding of current limitations.

Guest Access:
Guest Access: Guests will have access to the entire second level of this home, as it is partitioned as two living spaces and this listing is for the upper level living space only. Please note that the living spaces have completely separate entrances and are in no way connected on the interior.

Other Things to Note:
Guests must complete a rental agreement upon booking.
A non-refundable cancellation fee of $100 will apply for reservations cancelled prior to the cancellation policy window. This fee covers our credit card processing fees on a refunded deposit payment.

We are available as often as needed, but provide guests space and privacy to enjoy their vacation in an uninterrupted manner
