This 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom home with an open bonus sleeping area offers the perfect blend of beachside convenience and waterfront tranquility. With a short 3-minute walk to beach access and only 7 minutes to lively Times Square, you'll have the best of Fort Myers Beach right at your fingertips.

When you arrive, you'll be greeted by the inviting coastal-green exterior and a spacious driveway with room for up to three vehicles. Around back, the private dock sits along a peaceful canal, offering beautiful views of the Margaritaville Resort — a perfect backdrop for morning coffee or evening cocktails.

Step inside and you'll immediately feel at home in the spacious living room, decorated in fresh coastal tones. The living area features a large streaming TV and a queen-sized sleeper sofa, ideal for relaxing after a day in the sun or accommodating extra guests. There is NO washer & Dryer.

The newly renovated kitchen is a standout feature of this home. It's fully equipped with all-new appliances, modern cabinetry, and generous counter space for preparing family meals or beach snacks. The adjacent dining area seats eight comfortably, providing the perfect setting for shared meals and planning your next day's adventures.

To the left of the kitchen, you'll find two comfortable bedrooms. The primary suite includes a king-sized bed, walk-in closet, and ensuite bathroom with a spacious walk-in shower and vanity. Just beyond the primary bedroom is an open bonus sleeping area furnished with a queen sleeper sofa — perfect for friends or family members who prefer to stay close by. The second bedroom features a plush queen bed and easy access to the nearby guest bathroom, which includes a tub/shower combo and single-sink vanity.

One of the highlights of this home is its covered back porch overlooking the canal. With three ceiling fans, a high-top table with seating for four, a large couch, and a few Adirondack chairs, it's the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee, an evening drink, or simply take in the tranquil water views and Margaritaville's twinkling lights across the canal.
