  • Come and relax in the sun and sand in this spacious second floor end unit with beautiful view, or just kick back in a reclining lounge chair by the heated pool. The private screened lanai offers nice gulf breezes and a view of the pool. Daily happy hour gatherings at the Tiki hut with gas grill right out front.(BYOB). Covered parking. Newly renovated with designer kitchen, new furniture and appliances. The kitchen has everything you need for cooking up a meal or whipping up a pitcher of margaritas. Walk to one of the nicest, biggest beaches in SW Florida. Beach chairs , umbrella, beach cart, and towels included. All you need is your bathing suit and flip flops! Pet friendly for one dog, 20 lbs or less.
