This inviting condo offers a spacious open-concept living room and kitchen, designed with relaxation and gathering in mind. The living room features two cozy sofas and a large flat-screen TV, ideal for unwinding after a day in the sun.
Just off the living area, step out onto the screened-in balcony where a small round table for four invites you to enjoy morning coffee or evening cocktails with a breeze and peaceful neighborhood views.
The primary suite is a true retreat, boasting a luxurious king bed, plenty of space and storage, and a beautifully updated ensuite bathroom. You'll enjoy a walk-in shower, dual vanity sinks, and modern finishes that bring comfort and style together.
Back through the living area, the open kitchen is fully equipped with all the essentials, including a refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, Keurig, and a ground coffee maker, making mealtime easy whether you're cooking for two or the whole crew. Just off the kitchen, the laundry room offers additional storage space along with a washer and dryer for your convenience.
Down the hallway, you'll find two welcoming guest bedrooms. The first features two twin beds and a spacious closet, perfect for kids or friends. The second guest bedroom offers a plush king bed, flat-screen TV with streaming options, and another ample closet. Between the two is a newly renovated bathroom with a shower/tub combo, ideal for guests of all ages.

Overall just very enjoyable. Walking to the beach was easy. Coffee shop and ice cream right there. The house is nice. Wish the pool heater had been turned on in advance as it never warmed up. Good communication. If we needed something it was taken care of quickly
