Welcome to 7 MILES OF PARADISE located in building C on the 7th Floor.

Estero Beach & Tennis Club is located on the South End of Fort Myers Beach. Our beachfront condo is steps away from your own private beach .
Enjoy the dolphins and other wildlife while walking and shelling on the beach. Please rinse sand off of chairs and other items brought to the beach when return them to the condo.

Property amenities include heated pool, tennis & pickle ball courts. BBQ grills. Cable TV & Wifi. Free onsite parking. ( you will need to fill out a parking pass located on the lower level of building B) if you arrive late it's ok to do it the following morning.

Laundry on main floor uses quarters or download the app and pay with a credit card.

We are located across the street from Santini Plaza, The exterior construction has been completed, some retail stores are open for business and the rest are in the interior build out process. Every Thursday thru Saturday 9am. to 1 pm. there is a farmer market at Santini Plaza. CVS pharmacy & 7-Eleven are next to Santini Plaza.

Publix grocery store is 2 miles to the north Mid Island.

Junkanoo and Fresh Catch Bistro are behind Publix on the back bay these are favorite of ours when we visit.

Discover the North End of the Island there are great restaurants. Yucatan, Nervous Nellie's, Wahoo Willies, Snug Harbor, Margaritaville, Pete's upper deck also Matanzas Inn, Light House Tike bar, Smoking Oyster Brewery (SOB) Dock Fords/ Dixie Fish Company. Bonita Bill's, Pink shell and Diamondhead resorts. Live music at La Ola . Shop for souvenirs or clothes for the beach .

Lovers Keys State Park is 2 mile south on Estero Blvd. Great place to visit. They have amazing wildlife along with hiking trails, kayaking, canoeing, bike riding and picnicking.

We provide a fully stocked kitchen that includes a coffee pot & Keurig maker, blender, toaster and grilling tools. We also provide dish & laundry soap, sandwich bags and aluminum foil.

Beach Bag & towels, beach chairs & table, umbrella & sand mats, coolers, etc.

We want to make your stay easy , convenient and the most enjoyable experience as possible. We hope you will come back every year.

The Perfect Stay

The condo was beautiful, it is in the quieter part of Fort Myers beach, but it is a short ride to downtown. We drove some days and took the county trolley other days, which was cheap. Saw a ton of wildlife, dolphins, fish, seashells everywhere, and could not be closer to the beach. The owners were fantastic and made sure to check up and make sure everything was going good during our trip. Would definitely recommend it to anyone coming down here, especially on a Couple’s vacation.

The condo was easy to find and get into. We like clean and it was. It was small but all that we needed. The weather was gorgeous and the beach was great. Having spent a long cold winter in NH we needed sun. All in all the week was nice.

Great place to stay!

We stayed here for our honeymoon and enjoyed every second. The location is great; there is access to a more private area of the beach, and it's close to shopping and dining. The check-in was easy, and the apartment was easy to find. Very clean & well-stocked place! We'd definitely stay here again next time we are in Fort Myers.

Quick trip

Unfortunately, our trip got cut short due to Hurricane Milton, but the owners were incredibly easy to work with. The place is beautiful and a perfect location. We really enjoyed our 2 days even though the weather did not cooperate!

The perfect get away

Great place if you are looking to get away from the hustle and bustle. The beach is right out the back door and the hosts were there for are every need. Sit on the balcony at night and eat dinner or take the trolly into the heart of the town for lots of delicious fresh seafood. FMB is coming back!!

Beautiful condo in a great location. Great views. Condo had everything as advertised. Beautiful tile floors throughout, kitchen and bath are both super nice. Looking for a cozy couples getaway? This is a great choice. Has everything you need in a great location on the Gulf of Mexico.

Lovely stay

Kelly & Grant were easy to reach and answered all of our questions. Very clean condominium, comfy bed, and large TV (husband liked that). The condo has everything you need right there for a great beach stay, including outdoor games, chairs, umbrella + anchor, beach towels and more. The pool is always so well kept as are all of the outdoor spaces at Estero Beach Tennis Condos. Parking super easy and convenient. Thank you so much for a wonderful place to call home, when away from home.

Absolute Treasure

I have zero negative things to say about this property. I'm picky; I want a clean, quiet, updated stay and this condo checks every box, plus there's a gorgeous beach right outside. I wasn't sure that I would like the studio layout, but it was great for the two of us. The blinds block the outside light and the kitchen lights are so that they don't flood the bed with light. There is a dehumidifier and it's one of the reasons the condo is so nice, so be willing to empty it. It pulls a lot of water out of the air. It's one of the best places we have ever stayed. And the owners are equally great!

Perfection

My husband and I had an absolutely perfect getaway staying at Grant and Kelly’s Estero Beach and Tennis Club Condo. The condo has recently been renovated and is absolutely beautiful with everything you need for your getaway. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the condo was spotless. The pool is large with lots of chairs for sunbathing, and we even got in some Pickleball while we were there. The highlight, however, for us was stepping outside the door and walking down to the beach. Every day was another opportunity to explore its beauty and walk, shell, swim and play. Although much of Fort Myers Beach is still rebuilding, many restaurants were open, and we enjoyed some delicious meals out. We had a fantastic time and I look forward to visiting Fort Myers Beach again. Jennifer C - Michigan

Excellent Hospitality

Fort Myers is still struggling to recover from Hurricane Ian, but that didn't stop us from having a great vacation there. Our condo was delightful, the beach was easily accessible (a few obstacles, but nothing terrible). We were in regular communication with the owners because our building was scheduled to begin being painted 3 days after we arrived. They were very helpful. Fortunately, the contractor did not get to our side of the building until the morning we checked out. Someone was watching over us. Don't hesitate to visit Fort Myers. There are plenty of restaurants open, not a whole lot of shopping, but Publix on Estero is open and thriving, and that was a big help. And the beach is, as always, is wonderful.

Hurricane aftermath

This suite was clean and well appointed and the beach at Fort Myers was beautiful, however, the VRBO host failed to disclose pertinent details regarding ongoing construction within the building, around the property and neighborhood, exhibiting a lack of transparency. Just one example would be, when asked if there was a code to get into the building, she said no code was needed. She failed to inform that no code was needed because there was no door, no windows, and the main floor was under construction, and down to its bare beams. You must sign a liability waiver for all the construction going on. There are no restaurants or food trucks nearby and even if you wanted to travel to them a few miles away, it often takes over an hour to get there as traffic is heavily backed up with all the construction. We ended up doing a lot of our own cooking rather than using our time in traffic. To reiterate, the suite is lovely and the beach is wonderful and my heart goes out to all those who have had to rebuild after the hurricane. It is just important to be upfront and honest about your venue so people are able to make informed decisions for themselves. Had we had clear communication about the circumstances, we would have gone ahead with renting this unit, recognizing the importance of openness. Such transparency could have averted the sour taste left in our mouths and the feeling of being misled.

Convenient to Beach

This is a very nice property. The balcony is perfect for an outside dinner. The breezeway at the entrance to the building is always cool and breezy. We enjoyed our stay so much, if only the rain had stayed away! :-/
