Fantastic family stay

It is a phenomenal location on FMB within easy walking distance from restaurants/ bars/ entertainment. We had 2 families of 4 and it fit us perfectly. The pool area was perfect and we spent many hours in the back. The neighbors next door were super nice.

Great house and location to the beack

We had a great family trip, and would highly recommend this house. It was a great location walking distance to the beach, restaurants and shops. We highly recommend this house to anyone looking for a great time in Ft. Myers Beach. We had a few things that needed some attention and the management company was quick to respond and send someone over within what felt like minutes to take care of things.

Wonderful!

Great location and wonderful place to stay. Easy walk to the beach. We had two kids under 4 and it was manageable with all of the stuff needed for the beach but we did have a lot of teen helpers. We would definitely recommend this place to others.

Beach getaway

We had an amazing time in this house. So close to the beach and the downtown area. And if you don’t want to go anywhere the pool and the house are equipped with everything you need for your stay! The house felt like home, beautiful and clean. Great communication with the host. Can’t wait to go back!

Overall a great place to stay

Beautiful house just a few blocks from the beach. Communication with the company that manages the house could have been better (we had to contact them a few times since there were no directions for the hot tub, dryer did not work at first, etc.) but they did always respond. Overall a lovely place to stay.

Great location to beach. Nice property. Pool is great! Issue with water heater-took cold showers first day but management sent repairmen twice. Lower level has numerous ants. Upper refrigerator smelled of fish. We placed baking soda boxes X 3 but didn’t help. Smoke detector and carbon monoxide detectors begin beeping due to low batteries. Had to disable due to noise and response time for replacing batteries.
