I am so sorry for the pool situation. It was frustrating to me as well but out of my hands. The pool guy drove all the way to naples to pick up the part but everything was closed on New Years day. Thank you again for being so understanding.

I clearly stated on VRBO it is a small cozy house and named it Bungalow (means small house) to let people know it's small. The house has a full-frontal as depicting it's size as well as an ariel view. 1100 sq ft. The pictures also depict the bedrooms perfectly. The closet is in the entrance way to the master. In the master is two hanging areas as well as places to put your clothes away AND....4 heavy duty hooks on the walls for hanging long dresses, suits or whatever. We responded immediately to your bathroom situation and took care of it. You stated you did not use it. All we had to do is flush it and run the shower. It is a VENTED pump and grind system so nothing is allowed to go into that toilet but the norm. Also stated that in the welcome letter You said you never used it but you did. The crew told me they saw evidence that you did use the sink, shower and toilet. I was out of town and walked you through how to use the heater and asked you if I should call the pool company to come out and check it. You said NO as long as it worked you were happy. Parts are on backorder all over the country as you probably know in this day and age and I am waiting for the motherboard to come in. Some things are out of my control but it worked for you the entire time! If you did the comps right with Private pool/spa, bedrooms, bathrooms, LOCATION, and all the extras I provide for the tenants you would get the correct comps and know I'm priced right. VRBO has market maker analysis and sends out when we should lower and raise any of my 5 units. My places are always booked. I feel cost is most important to you, I offered my turo minivan to you for free for a week because I felt so bad what you went through at the airport with no rental car there for you. And you finally get in at 4 am after waiting 6 hrs waiting. Then you proceeded how they gouged you with pricing and told me they haven't heard the end of it. Check in is 4 and that is clearly stated on VRBO. You wanted an early check-in and check-out and when you had to pay fees for us to get extra cleaners, you were gruff with my assistant. We gave you both for free. The cleaning fee covers the unit to be cleaned after check out but again you stated you do not want to pay for weekly cleaning and again I waived it for you and paid my cleaners. When they were there, you gave accolades on the place and the service. My property manager came over immediately because you couldn't figure out the smart tv AND he found and loaded an app for you which worked for your needs. The 4 of us went beyond the call of duty for you. I realize there is always one person that you can't please. I wish I could have made your experience a wonderful one as that really is my goal but you can't say we didnt all try.
