  • 2 bedroom completely renovated house for rent in 55+ gated community located at Fort Myers Beach, Florida. You pay electric. Water and sewer are included in monthly rent.

    55 and over resort. (1 occupant needs to be 55) $37 HOA application fee. Centrally located 2.5 miles from Fort Myers Beach, 4 miles to Sanibel and .5 miles to Bunche Beach. Close to everything Fort Myers. The park has 2 pools, tennis courts, pickle ball courts, horse shoes, volleyball, laundry and many activities.
