For sleeping arrangements: The king bedroom has two plush folding floor mattresses stored in the walk-in closet. These comfortable mattresses are also referred to as "cots" elsewhere in this listing, and come with linens for your convenience.
Guest Access: Your Private Oasis Awaits! Kick back and relax in your own sanctuary. You'll have exclusive use of the living spaces, two decks, and a private parking area with driveway and carport that can accommodate up to three vehicles for your convenience. While the sparkling heated pool and backyard are shared with the sister duplex, there are plenty of loungers, pool floats and open space on the pool deck to soak up the Florida sunshine.
We provide Tommy Bahama back-pack beach chairs, and even beach towels for your fun day by the gulf shore. Feel free to explore the charming little bridge in the backyard and venture onto Iguana Island, both part of the property for your exploration.

Getting Around: Free Island tram stops one block away for easy transportation. Service goes from 8am-11:30pm daily. A tram should come by approximately every 15-25 minutes depending on traffic
Other Things to Note: Entertainment & Relaxation: - Unwind in the living room and enjoy movies or shows on the large 75-inch TV. - Each bedroom also features a dedicated TV for your convenience.
All TVs are equipped with Roku "guest mode," offering a variety of basic channels. Feel free to log in to your own streaming services (Netflix, Amazon Prime, Disney+, etc.) for your personalized favorites. Roku will automatically log out of all streaming accounts upon check-out.
Although on-street parking is not allowed by the city, the property features a private driveway with parking for up to 4 vehicles.

Very nice property and was far enough from all the businesses on the “strip” yet close enough to walk or tram your way to them and the beaches. Great public transportation to get you where you want to go. The nature preserve (for walking) was a lovely addition to our stay.
A few things need updating/repair but I’m sure the new owner will take care of them. Overall, a great location and a nice property!
