    Relax and enjoy the sun on the beach or poolside while helping to support the rebuilding efforts in Fort Myers Beach!

    The pool is open complete with all new furniture and new BBQ grills.

    You will have so much space in this 1700 sf condo with fully equipped kitchen. It comfortably sleeps 8 with 1 king, 2 queens, and queen sofa bed. The master bathroom has double sinks, granite counters, jetted tub, and a stand-alone shower. The guest bathroom has handicap accessibility. Gulf-side pool, hot tub, and community grilling area. Conveniently located on the2nd floor near the elevators.

What a wonderful find in FMB! Right on the beach with a pool too. Great location and property. Spacious clean condo. Would definitely stay here again. Check out the farmers market on Tuesday and Thursday!

Perfect Property for our Family.

This property was the perfect location for our family of 6! The amenities were just as described, the beach is steps from the door, the pool was super clean and the perfect temperature, and there were several grills to use out on the patio. As our first family getaway during Thanksgiving break, we couldn’t have picked a better place to relax and give thanks.

Great stay in Ft. Myers

The condo was perfect for our 3 couples. The beach was beautiful, clean, quiet and wide. The host was easy to communicate with and helpful. The only minor thing we’d change would be that the hot tube closes at sunset.

Holiday Family Trip

The condo was well appointed and clean. It had all amenities including a fantastic wagon to take chairs to the beach. The beach was only steps away from the condo, very beautiful. The owner was so helpful and easily accessible, understanding and kind. I will definitely rent this condo again when visiting Fort Myers!

Spring Break week away

We enjoyed our time in Fort Myers Beach! The unit had everything we needed and extra personal touches to make our stay more fun. The beach is wonderful - we stayed in April 2024 and it was still pretty quiet and less crowded due to not as much being reopened on this end of the beach, which was just fine for us! It's an easy bus ride down to the other end of the area for shops and food but we mostly enjoyed just being able to walk down the path to the sand and water.

Fantastic Stay

The unit was fabulous, very spacious 3bed/2bath, clean, all amenities were fantastic. Beds were comfy, heated pool and hot tub were great. Unit has beach chairs, volleyball, football! Honestly not a single issue, owner was very good at communicating instructions. Book with confidence and enjoy this fabulous location.

Perfect beachside condo

Condo was very clean and spacious, stocked with everything we needed plus extras like beach chairs and a wagon to get everything there! Excellent communication by the host. Would definitely stay here again! Screened lanai off living room on side of building still had view of beach. Nice heated pool and hot tub. Lots of parking. We brought pickleball paddles and played on the tennis courts every day. Great trip!

Great to see FMB again!

We had a wonderful week! Even tho the unit we reserved became unavailable, our hostess found us one in the building and went above and beyond getting all we needed for our week with our kids and grandkids! The beach has a long way to go but we supported many restaurants and enjoyed the beach, sunsets and time back to our “happy place” that we have been visiting for 40 years! Thanks for the beautiful accommodations. Only drawbacks were some construction on site, no seeums were bad and the moat of water between the condo and beach was yucky to walk through! Once again, all products of the hurricane and did not affect our time!

Nice 3 br Condo

Condo was just as described, master bed and bath on one end, two other bedrooms at the other end with its own bath. Kitchen was great. We had everything we needed. Nice beach chairs. This was only building on south with occupants so beach wasn’t crowded. CVS in walking distance but no restaurants. Publix is great and two restaurants nearby were great. We took Ubers there. South is a little more vacant but then less congestion. It depends on what you want. If you like the pictures and the price then you’ll like this condo.
