1 Bed condo unit on the beach overlooks the gulf and pool!
The Space:
Estero Beach and Tennis Club is situated near the south end of Fort Myers Beach with a large community pool, tennis courts and great views.
Unit 503a is located on the fifth floor, with a beautiful view of the Gulf of Mexico as well as the Condo's pool. The unit features a full kitchen, king bed, shower tub combo, and a sleeper sofa too. Off the living room is your own private patio with seating for you to enjoy morning coffee or a glass of wine in the evening!
This unit allows a max occupancy of 4 guests. Linens are included! We provide all bed linen, bath towels, hand towels and even a set of towels you can take to the beach. There is also coin-operated laundry rooms on the ground level of each building.
Estero Beach and Tennis has plenty of activities around the complex. There are tennis courts, pickleball courts, a large pool, walking paths to the beach. Not to mention Santini Plaza and Fish Tale Marina across Estero Blvd.
* We would like to note that most renovations have been completed at Estero Beach and Tennis (including the pool!). There is still construction occurring across the island and the experience will not be the same as what it was prior to Hurricane Ian, but much progress has been made in the past year. We are ready to welcome visitors back and certain you will enjoy the beautiful white sandy beaches that are right next to the towers. *

This unit has a keyless entry so you can head right to the unit at check-in time. A code will be emailed to you a few days before arrival. Per condo association rules, all guests upon arrival to the complex must sign in with the onsite office at EBT to complete registration forms and receive their parking pass.
