We're back and better than ever! You've had to put your vacation at the Beach on hold, we are ready for you now! While our rental homes may look a little different, yards may not be as lush as Fort Myers Beach rebuilds, we can tell you that all our homes that have been either renovated or rebuilt and have been inspected thoroughly to meet your needs. When choosing your home, please be sure to read the descriptions carefully.
Enjoy oodles of space for you and the family to gather, laugh and enjoy being together! A sparkling heated pool, huge screened lanai and the best of tropical Florida island living awaits you! This super spacious home is a short walk from the beach.

The first level, which is up a full flight of stairs provides lots of family fun with your own private Tiki Bar at the back, with easy access to the pool, let your competitive side come out with teaming up to play the ever- popular Foosball, catch your fav team or movie on the TV and this all opens out to the pool area.

This level offers a huge living room as part of the open concept kitchen, dining and living room and French doors lead out to a screened lanai. Also on this level are 3 king bedrooms, each opening to a covered deck overlooking the pool area.

The top level (3rd floor) has a kitchen, living area, 2 bedrooms (1 Queen and the 2nd one has a set of 2 twin bunk beds) and a bathroom. The coolest thing about the top level is the humongous, covered balcony before you enter the house and it includes a flat screen tv, furniture and games for socializing and just kicking back and catching the balmy breezes off the bay.

A rental agreement that is required to be signed, will be emailed to you at the time of booking and needs to completed within 24 hours of the time of booking the reservation. You must be at least Twenty-Five Years old (25yrs.) and occupy the unit for the entire time of the reservation. We do not rent to groups of singles under 25. The maximum occupancy of people over the age of Three years old (3 yrs.) is listed on the website for each unit and is strictly enforced. We reserve the right to determine the number of children under Twenty-one (21) years of age that may be accompanied with a parent or guardian.

Contactless Check-in. A signed rental agreement is required at the time of booking to confirm the reservation. You will receive your lock code and check in instructions in your guest portal and by email 7 days prior to your arrival. Please call with any questions. Check-in time is after 4:00 p.m. Please notify everyone in your party.
