Getaway beach house, Downstairs unit

  • Enjoy a peaceful stay at this beautiful beach house, offering flexible rental options for families, friends, or larger groups.

    The property has three units: Upstairs, Downstairs, and a house right behind the garage.

    This unit is the Downstairs unit with private entrance completely separate from upstairs, offering its own private living space, recently renovated, including two bedrooms, each with a queen size bed, a full bath and a large living room with a queen size pullout sofa bed and a dining area. The kitchenette has everything you need, except a stove.

    The driveway and grassplot are all belong to the owner. You may park on any of them.

    The swimming pool and laundry room downstairs are shared by all guests staying in this property.

    Flamingo Beach access

    You may rent the entire house, both Upstairs and Downstairs, or even including the house behind the garage, all three units which can host up to 19 guests. Put all trashes into garbage bags and put all garbage bags into the black garbage bin near garage.
Put all recycling in a garbage bag, and then into the blue recycle bin
Gather all used towels together. There will be $15/each for any missing towels.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
