The Space:
Relax in the comfort of this delightful beachfront two-bedroom condo with sweeping beach and Gulf views. Enjoy everything beach living has to offer with a comfortably furnished living room that opens to your private sunny lanai with plenty of seating - perfect for that morning coffee, afternoon cocktail, or watching a spectacular Florida sunset.
This attractive space includes an open concept living room and dining room. The primary bedroom features a king bed, ensuite bath and opens to the lanai overlooking the beach. The ensuite has a walk-in shower and a walk-in closet. The second bedroom has a queen bed and adjacent guest bath with a shower/tub combo. Amenities include free wi-fi, in-unit washer and dryer. The kitchen is well equipped with all the essentials of home, and fresh linens are included! We provide all bed linen, bath towels, hand towels, towels you can take to the beach as well as beach chairs.
Desirably located, Island House Beach Club is just a short distance to Times Square, where you can enjoy all the restaurants, shops and entertainment that Fort Myers Beach has to offer. Explore the island on foot, by bike, or catch the local trolley.
This property is restricted to monthly rentals. Rentals must be from the beginning to the end of the month, multi-month rentals are available. There is a $100 application fee as well as a $75 fee for a background check.
Minimum age to rent is 25 years old.
