Pearl Whelk: Deck Coffee & Beach Days

Choose the front deck for coffee, the beach for the morning and the rear deck for a meal when you return. Pearl Whelk gives you two private outdoor places to enjoy a Fort Myers Beach stay.

Three bedrooms and three bathrooms sleep ten with a king, queen, two full beds and two twin folding floor cushions. Enjoy an equipped kitchen, workspace and in-home laundry. The pool and backyard are shared with Diamond. Stairs are required; the beach is less than two blocks away.

The Space:
Take the first coffee onto your front deck and let the morning unfold before heading to the beach. Pearl Whelk has a second private deck at the rear, where an outdoor meal comes with views toward the shared pool, pond and preserve.

Pearl is one elevated side of a duplex. Three bedrooms and three full bathrooms provide room for a group of up to ten. The sleeping setup combines four regular beds with two twin folding cushions for extra guests.

The open kitchen, dining and living spaces connect to the rear deck through wide sliding doors. Use the shared pool between beach trips, then come back to your own interior and outdoor seating. Diamond, the neighboring side, is rented separately.

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS
The main living level has a queen bedroom opening toward a deck, with a full bathroom on the same level. Upstairs, the king bedroom has its own ensuite, and the other bedroom has two full beds. A third full bathroom serves the upper level.

Two twin folding sleeping cushions are stored in the king bedroom’s walk-in closet, with linens supplied. They are floor-level sleeping places rather than extra framed beds. Four regular beds plus these two cushions accommodate a maximum of ten guests.

BATHROOMS & LAUNDRY
The king ensuite and upper bathroom have tub/shower combinations in the gallery. The main-level bathroom has a walk-in shower. Three full bathrooms give the group separate places to get ready before heading out.

A full-size washer and dryer are in the home. Stairs lead to the elevated main entrance and another level of bedrooms, so plan for luggage and anyone needing easier access.

KITCHEN & LIVING
Make breakfast at home before the beach or prepare dinner to enjoy on the rear deck. The equipped kitchen includes appliances, cookware and dishes, with dining and living spaces close together.

The living room has a 75-inch TV, and each bedroom has a television. Roku guest mode lets you use your own streaming accounts according to the arrival information. A desk beside the kitchen provides a workspace without taking over the dining table.

TWO DECKS, TWO DIFFERENT PAUSES
The smaller front deck suits a coffee or a quiet reading break. The rear deck has an outdoor table and grill, with wide sliding doors keeping the meal close to the kitchen.

The heated pool and backyard are shared with Diamond when Pearl is booked on its own. Stairs connect the home to the pool deck. The pool and adjacent pond require caution and supervision for children.

ARRIVAL & BEACH EXTRAS
Backpack beach chairs and towels are provided. Four vehicles can park tandem in your driveway/carport; street parking is not available. Exterior cameras are disclosed for the driveway and entry.

Guest Access:
You have private use of Pearl’s three bedrooms, three bathrooms, kitchen, living and dining areas, workspace, laundry and two decks. Parking accommodates up to four vehicles in tandem.

The heated pool and backyard are shared with Diamond. Stairs lead to the main entrance, upper bedrooms and pool area. Diamond’s interior is not included. Exercise caution around the adjacent pond and bridge.

The Neighborhood:
Pearl Whelk sits on a residential cul-de-sac, less than two blocks from Fort Myers Beach. Dining and shops are within walking reach, while the pond and preserve form the backdrop to the rear outdoor spaces.

Leave room for a beach morning, a nearby meal and a return to your own front deck when you want a quieter pause.

Getting Around:
Free Island tram stops one block away for easy transportation. Service goes from 8am-11:30pm daily.

A tram should come by approximately every 15-25 minutes depending on traffic

Other Things to Note:
Pearl is elevated and requires stairs to its entrance, upper bedrooms and pool. The pool and backyard are shared with Diamond. Two twin folding floor cushions add sleeping space beyond the four regular beds.

Exterior cameras are disclosed facing the driveway and entry. Pets, smoking and parties are not allowed. Only registered guests may use the property; extra guests are not permitted. The booking guest must be at least 25 and present for the entire stay.

Quiet hours are 10 PM–8 AM. Pool hours are 8 AM–10 PM. Four vehicles may park tandem, with no street parking. Exercise caution around the pool and pond. Check-in begins at 4 PM and check-out is at 10 AM.

Interaction with Guests:
Check in/out are self-service. Co-hosts are available by text message.
