  • Everything is brand new in this 3-bedroom house with full laundry room. All the amenities of home at the beach. 4 min walk to the beach. Around the corner from the Publix grocery store, marina and restaurants. Immaculately maintained for a stress-free vacation. Beach wagon, chairs, umbrella, bikes, and cooler are ready to use. New pool and spa. Plenty of outdoor seating 6 pool lounge chairs, 5 adnorondeck chairs and an outdoor dining table. Backyard also has giant connect 4, corn hole, and kids scooter.

    **Pool/spa has a heater and can be heated for an additional fee. Contact me to turn on the heater.

This house was the perfect vacation spot for our family. The owners clearly thought through updating and rebuilding a couple of years ago. The place was very clean and inviting. The combination spa and heated pool was great. All amenities and extras we could have needed to make our stay better were there - beach towels, soap, kids' floaties, bikes, cornhole, and so much more. Communication with the host was timely and helpful. As advertised, the walk to the beach was quick and pleasant. The neighborhood is safe, and people are careful to defer to pedestrians crossing the main road to the beach. The Publix being a 1 min drive away was a huge plus. The main tourist shops and restaurants at the north end of Estero Island are easily accessible by car, shuttles, or bus. We would definitely check out this house if we come back to Ft Myers Beach!

We loved our stay. It was very convenient to the beach, Publix, and Junkanoo Below Deck. The pool, patio and fire pit were awesome. It isn’t a big place but was plenty roomy. It was also very clean.

We had a great time staying at Kylie’s property. The pool and backyard space were excellent especially for our kids. We also enjoyed the ease and closeness to both the beach and a grocery store. The location and amenities of the property was great for our family with young kids.

The place is spotless! Recently redone and well stocked kitchen. Easy to dine in or walk to neighborhood spot. Very nice quiet slice of Fort Myers Beach.

A great house on Fort Myers Beach

We had a great stay - the house is perfect for 2 or 4 people - and the back yard and amenities are wonderful. Great towels and linens - and plenty of them. Loved the convenience of the washer and dryer and literally a 3 minute walk to the beach. Would book again!

Perfect spot for family vacation

The property was extremely clean, with a very short walk to the beach. The private pool and hot tub was the best part of our stay. Check-in was easy and convenient. My kids (ages 2 and 8) had so much fun and didn’t want to leave, we all loved the house and the backyard! I reached out to the owner a few times before our arrival and they were quick to respond and very nice and helpful!

Perfect beach vacation

House was extremely clean and perfect for our stay. I had two kids (5 & 8) and the pool was absolutely perfect for them. So wonderful to be back to the beach after Hurricane Ian. Beautiful House, Great Location

We were extremely happy with our stay! The house was clean and the backyard/pool/spa area was as advertised in the pictures. If anything, the yard area was slightly larger than expected. The location is also basically perfect. A very quick walk to Publix, Junkanoo (bar/restaurant on the bay), and the ocean. The host was very responsive. I messaged (via vrbo) several times and the host was quick to reply. Overall, very happy with our stay and would absolutely recommend!

Fantastic family beach vacation spot

This house was perfect for our family of five. We had everything we needed within an arms reach. We loved the quick walk to the beach, the wonderful pool and fire pit, the available pool and beach gear, and a kitchen with all the tools we needed. The Publix around the corner was key, as we prepared nearly all of our meals at the house. Fort Myers is still rebuilding so there weren’t many open restaurants. Add in the heavy traffic and we were happy to stay in our slice of paradise. We absolutely loved our stay - our girls can’t wait to go back!

Perfect backyard

Property was clean and everything was as advertised. The pool and hot tub were wonderful! Short walk to the beach. There were so many amazing things included--beach chairs, towels, umbrellas, bikes, stroller/wagon to pack up for the beach, etc. Still a lot of work to do to get the community back together, but we still found plenty to do and places to eat. Great experience! Only thing I think we could have used were more mirrors in the house.

We had a wonderful stay and felt that the property met all our needs as a family of 5. The pool was by far our most used feature, but we also enjoyed the quick walk to the beach when we wanted to switch it up. The home is extremely clean and well kept. It was nice to have beach towels provided and lots of extras for the pool/ beach in the shed. Our only downside was the location, as it was prohibitive depending on the time of day to venture into the downtown Fort Myers beach area for food (40+ min drive). Thankfully we planned most meals at the home.

Great place. Location is so ideal. We walked to the beach with the chairs and wagon that was provided. Publix is right around the corner along with a great bar/restaurant on the water. Highly recommend this place.
