We enjoyed our stay. The house was very clean, the kitchen was fully stocked with everything you could need, the outside bar area was nice to relax and hangout, the pool was clean. They had everything you could possibly want to take to the beach. The owners were friendly, and available with any questions we had as they live upstairs in the top unit. We’d definitely stay here again!

Perfect

A group of mature friends stayed for three days and it was perfect. We laughed, sat by the pool, walked to bars and restaurants and had everything at our disposal in the unit.I have stayed here a few times before and would always recommned.

The perfect place for our friends weekend! House was perfect, had everything we needed and then some! Location was also great. Easy walk to restaurants, beach, shopping. Owners were just great! So nice, friendly, accommodating, etc. We will be back! Thanks again for everything!!

Amazing!

Great place to stay! Karen and Mark were great hosts! Quickly responded to our questions before and during our stay! Location was great to walk to the beach and restaurants. There home is well equipped for everything we needed and was very clean! The kids loved the heated pool and it was a great option when the beach was to windy. We are hoping to come back again!

Beautiful and perfect accommodations! Every comfort of home provided…from fully stocked kitchen and outdoor oasis, to everything you need for a day at the beach! Location is perfect to walk anywhere you need to go. Mark and Karen are wonderful hosts and very prompt with any questions asked. It was everything we had hoped for and more.

Perfect location and Accommodation for Small Fam in Ft Myers Beach

We stayed for spring break 2025 and couldn’t have been happier with our choice of rental. Plenty of dining and shopping options in walking distance, close to the beach, line of sight to the gulf and breezes. The rental is well appointed and comfortable throughout the indoor and outdoor living spaces. We enjoyed lounging in the palapa by the waterway. The kids loved goofing off and dunking each other in the pool and my wife favored the many places to hang out and read a book. Oh and the hosts were very kind and basically invisible to us (as opposed to some owners who might be more prominently present) during the time we were there. Altogether this was one of the best places we’ve stayed in - no exaggeration.

Super convenient location

Unit is as advertised. Lots of great outdoor amenities and well apportioned. We had everything we needed for a long weekend stay. Location is super walkable to beach and all of the nearby restaurants, but not close enough that the noise from them bother you. Perfect place for our family. Thanks, Karen!

Labor Day Weekend Family Getaway

Great place to stay with everything needed for our family that is a short walk to Fort Myers Beach stores and restaurants However, the Tiki setting on the deck out into the canal was our go to spot for the weekend. Thank you Karen and Mark!

Paradise ❤️

We had an amazing stay! Everything was clean, the area is quite and out if the main stream, but only minutes away from restaurants, shopping and the beach. We couldn't have asked for anything more perfect. It was our own little paradise. Definitely recommend a stay here. We will definitely be back!

Cozy vacation spot

This property is fantastic! Everything is brand new and very clean. Beds are comfy, kitchen is well stocked, and the owners are phenomenal! We loved being within walking distance of so many eateries and shops. Next time we are back in the area, we know where we are staying! :)

Tranquil spot in Ft Myers Beach area just a few steps from everything!

Great property. Nice, clean and comfortable - just as described and shown in the pictures. Outdoor living space is awesome with lots of seating and beautiful landscaping with a view of the canal and a little of the beach between the buildings (not ON the beach). Excellent amenities throughout - comfy beds, high end towels, appliances, and just about any kitchen gadget you can imagine. Walk or bike to everything. I was ok with the owner being on-site/upstairs since I was alone on this trip, and this is my only watch-out - could be off-putting to some people. Overall a total gem :)

Amazing stay at Ft Myers Beach

Parrot eyes in Ft myers beach is an amazing place that we found after traveling to the area for 30+ years. 2 blocks from Nervous Nellie’s and Times Square. Didn’t need a car. Beautiful pool and indoor and outdoor places to hang out. Clean and fantastic decorating. Made you feel at home. Will absolutely stay there again. Thank You!

Parrot Eyes FMB was Paradise!

We have been visiting Fort Myers Beach for a few years now and usually stay at a resort however this time we were traveling with our nephew and his girlfriend so we wanted to find a space we could all be together. The property was absolutely amazing, the online photos do not decieve. Clean inside and out. We enjoyed the privacy and saltwater pool, not too mention ALL of the amenities. Grill outside, plus full kitchen. It was perfect for our quick getaway ( wish we could have stayed longer) and we were all saddened to have to leave for sure! There is truly nothing more you could ask for…just a short walk to the beach & Times Square for meals, beverages and retail shopping. We were able to order some supplies for our stay and have them delivered with no issues making our short stay even easier. It was wonderful to sit outside and relax. Karen & Mark we’re Supreme Hosts, they communicated minimally to lets us know the check in code and to reach out if there was anything they could help with on our stay but beyond that it was so private and peaceful! We absolutely would love to come back and stay! Highly recommend this hidden gem!

Every detail was thought of

We just spent 7 nights at Parrot Eyes. The property is as pictured and described! I didn’t need to bring half of the stuff I threw in for the beach as they have thought of everything. Beach cart, beach towels, umbrellas, chairs, cooler The beds were very comfortable The towels were thick and soft The washer and dryer easily accessible The kitchen is very well stocked The whole apartment was VERY clean The pool was perfect for just the four of us. My kids named the floating ducks Lars and Francisco Easy to get to Walkable to the beach and local restaurants 10/10 would stay here again

Beautiful get-away

Absolutely gorgeous property! The hosts, Karen and Mark have attended to every little detail for their guests! The outdoor area is the star of the show! The pool was amazing and we spent so much time out under the tiki hut on the dock. The inside decor is adorable! Very bright and tropical. It has a well appointed kitchen and the unit was very clean. The location is perfect. You are just 2 blocks from the beach and the Times Square/downtown area. Easy access to bridge on and off island. But the area is very quiet at night. I would highly recommend this property!

You were woken up at 5 AM on Friday and 7 AM on Saturday from upstairs neighbors. Were very unclear on a lot of things because apparently we did not get a welcome email? Overall it was fine. Very clean property and the two bedrooms and bathrooms were nice.

Small slice of Heaven

We had a wonderful time during our stay at Parrot Eyes FMB. This gem is conveniently located within a 3-5 minute walk to several great restaurants that are right on the waterfront and also about a 5 minute walk to the beach. No car needed. We walked everywhere. The house itself is all up-to-date and beautifully remodeled, and was clean upon arrival. The kitchen has everything you need for your stay. The outside area has an awesome lounge on the canal and the private, heated pool is perfect for relaxing if you need a change of pace from the beach. Karen and Mark could not have been more accommodating and were very quick to respond to any questions we had during our stay. A perfect spot for our long weekend. We can't wait to get back for another visit.

Bright and Beautiful

We had an absolutely amazing time at this property. The brand new construction was decorated so bright and gorgeous. You can't help but to feel happy here! Everything on the property was clean and neat. We enjoyed the outside setting as much if not more than the interior. The pool was so very enjoyable. We spent many hours outside under the hut. Linens and towels were soft and new. My husband enjoyed watching tv in the outside bar area in the evenings. We loved that this property provided beach chairs and bicycles. This was so handy, especially when flying into town. We enjoyed riding bicycles to all of the local bars and restaurants. It was fun exploring the island. The hosts were a delight. I would definitely recommend this property to others. We plan on returning! Thank you for your kindness!
