Relax in the comfort of this delightful beachfront two-bedroom condo with sweeping beach and Gulf views. Enjoy everything beach living has to offer with a comfortably furnished living room that opens to your private sunny lanai with plenty of seating - perfect for that morning coffee, afternoon cocktail, or watching a spectacular Florida sunset.

This attractive space includes an open concept living room/dining room, with a separate dedicated den/office. The primary bedroom features a king bed, ensuite bath and opens to the lanai overlooking the beach. The ensuite has a walk-in shower and a walk-in closet. The second bedroom has a queen bed and adjacent guest bath with a shower/tub combo. A sleeper sofa in the spacious living room allows this unit to comfortably sleep six. Amenities include free wi-fi, in-unit washer and dryer. The kitchen is well equipped with all the essentials of home, and fresh linens are included! Linens are included! We provide all bed linen, bath towels, hand towels and even a set of towels you can take to the beach.

Desirably located, Pelican Watch is just a short distance to Times Square, where you can enjoy all the restaurants, shops and entertainment that Fort Myers Beach has to offer. Explore the island on foot, by bike, or catch the local trolley.

This property is restricted to monthly rentals during peak season (Jan - Mar). Rentals must be from the beginning to the end of the month, multi-month rentals are available. Shorter stays may be available during summer and fall months.

Minimum age to rent is 25 years old.

Amazing oceanfront stay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Absolutely perfectly appointed beautiful condo, clean with an amazing ocean view. We felt safe in the location and it was also very convenient for biking or walking to many local establishments (restaurants, bars, live music). Beautiful beach. The only issues we had involved not being able to contact the property management company off hours, and an issue with our freezer not working (which was later rectified, once the new parts arrived).
