We booked this trip fairly last minute just wanting a quick getaway from Sarasota with another couple without our kids. The place was amazing, clean, and a convenient location to the beach.
The property was perfect for 4 adults. Very clean and comfortable. We especially liked the screened in porch. Great communication. We would definitely rent again.Thanks
Loved the condo - easy walking distance to the beachOnly issue was trying to get off the island to go out to dinner - took over an hour to drive 2 miles. Still not a lot of restaurants within walking distance It would be great if you had e bikes/bikes to get around due to horrible trafficOverall loved our stay
This property was spotlessly clean for our arrival. It is comfortably furnished and tastefully decorated. We enjoyed the screened in porch area with access from the living area and main bedroom. There are seating areas on the deck at the entrance to the property. Covered outside seating along with a table and chairs in the carport is shared with the other unit on the property. Laundry facilities are also shared and conveniently located. The beach is a very short walk and the host provides chairs, umbrellas, cooler bags, and a beach cart for transport. Communication with the host, check in and out, all went smoothly. We had no issues during our stay. The neighborhood is quiet with well maintained homes. We would certainly stay here again on future trips to Fort Myers Beach.
We loved our stay. The unit had everything we needed and was well located to access the beach. The owner was super responsive with questions and very helpful. I would recommend and will stay again if we revisit!

Property was in a great location, walking distance to the beach and about 5 miles from Lovers Key State Park (which is amazing).
Love the printed out instructions inside for ease of reference, and the ability to utilize some extra things that are available. I would recommend either upgrading or maintain the bicycles that are available, but the condo itself was great!
The home was mid-island which provided an excellent location. Near the restaurants but located on a quiet, dead end street. There was easy beach access and the owners provided some bikes and beach equipment. We also enjoyed the convenience of a keyless entry lock. Although the listing only lists the property having one bathroom, there are 2 full bathrooms. Home was pretty well stocked and we enjoyed the outdoor spaces on site. Would stay here again and recommend to others.
The apartment is well maintained, nicely decorated, all the conveniences. Owners are very receptive (had a plumbing related issue and they were right on top of my communication). The only issue (and it's minor) would be that the one bed is listed as a queen (non-master bedroom), and it seemingly was a full size. Check-in and access is very convenient. Beds and furniture are not typical rental quality (high end/comfortable), decor is nicely done, even the ceiling fans are fashionable, well placed and plentiful. The entire experience was wonderful.
Very comfortable and clean! We wish we had been there for a longer period of time. Traffic a little busier than our usual mid island places. We enjoyed walking to dinner both nights (Junkanoo and Fresh Catch Bistro).

Comfortable and great screen porch with ceiling fan and comfortable seating. Nicely decorated, modern decor with good storage space, dressers etc. Great if you choose to cook in. All the amenities including washer and dryer. A one block walk to the beach and just across a busy street to a sandy path to ocean. Great walkable beach and swimmable. Bring or buy your own beach umbrella if you need sun protection. Beach chairs, bikes, kayaks and floatiesprovided. Bring bottled water and beverages for the refrigerator. A good valu if you don’t mind being off- beach. Lots of reasonably priced restaurants within a short drive and Naples and Sanibel within an hours drive or less. Less traffic and better shopping and millionaires home viewing toward Naples.
The property owners were awesome to work with, great communication. The property was well taken care of, up-to-date and clean. Enjoyed the experience and will definitely return!
