The Space:
**New Unit**
Beautiful two bedroom, two bath gulf front quiet condominium with great amenities and access to the beach. This condo offers a shared pool with lanai, a patio overlooking the beach, and a full kitchen. Sleeper sofa in the living room making sleeping for 6 a breeze! We provide all bed linen, bath towels, hand towels and even a set of towels you can take to the beach. Within walking distance to restaurants, shopping, and Publix grocery store is a short drive away. Located on the South end of the Island. This unit has it's own reserved parking spot in the front row!
This property is restricted to bi-weekly rentals.
Please consider Travel Insurance for unexpected situations preventing travel. Minimum age to rent is 25 years old.
