- Location! Location! You will be close to everything when you stay at this newly renovated 2-story penthouse in the heart of Fort Myers Beach! Just a few blocks from Times Square, The Dominica 1 condo sleeps 6 persons and has a fully equipped kitchen plus washer/dryer. Upstairs you'll find the oversized master bedroom has its own private screened balcony with a view you can see without ever getting out of the comfortable king-sized bed. Step into the private en suite bath and enjoy the convenience of dual sinks and a spacious walk-in shower. The large guest bedroom sleeps 4 adults comfortably as it has 2 queen-sized beds . The adjacent guest bathroom has a shower/tub combo with glass surround. Downstairs is the full kitchen plus convenient half bath. There is a second screened balcony facing the Gulf of Mexico off the main living room, with seating for 6 perfect for relaxing, reading, eating and watching the sunset.
