Simply go straight down the street to the end of the road and you will find beach access entrances on each side! This is a location that you truly cannot beat! Located mid-island, it offers the best of both worlds - canal views with peace and quietness alongside the bustling beach with shops, restaurants and a pier not too far away!
These accommodations boast over 800 square feet and include 2 bedrooms with queen beds and 2 bathrooms. Each unit offers one parking spot with plenty of street parking.
We offer the finest quality and everything to make your stay luxurious, relaxing and enjoyable! In each bedroom and bathroom, you will find hotel style linens and towels. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, filtered ice and water, as well as additional seating for guests! The unit is also equipped with high speed internet and “smart” capabilities such as an Alexa for all your music streaming needs, 4k TV with Netflix and Hulu for all your watching needs, Coded Door Locks personalized for each guest’s stay, recessed lighting with dimmer controls to adjust to your mood, and a Nest Thermostat to control the AC to your specific liking. Beautiful place short walk to beach

We enjoyed our stay at The Lime Margarita. It was newly renovated , clean and comfortable. The neighborhood was quiet and a short walk to the beach .

Lime Margarita at the Anchorage - Ft. Myers Beach

The property was as advertised, clean and nice for 2 people. It was so close to the beach - a 5 minute walk. We had everything we needed. Had some TV issues but Property Manager was very responsive, which was great. Also, I would suggest a small dining table on the screened-in porch to make it more usable for the upstairs condos.

Nice family weekend!

We spent 4 nights here in June and had a very enjoyable stay. The condo is newly renovated and updated. We enjoyed mornings and evenings on the balcony drinking coffee and relaxing. The location is very quiet and comfortable. Due to the heavy traffic and parking challenges on the island, we would recommend bringing bikes to access the restaurants and shopping on the north side of Estero Island. Beach access was a short 10 minute walk from the condo. There is a coin operated laundry on the lower level as well. Overall, we had a great stay! Thanks!

Beautiful place and Great Location

This condo was mid-island, perfect location. The beach was a short walk and not overcrowded. We had our 17 year old son with us for spring break. Other families stayed within a couple of blocks, it was very convenient to walk to their place or meet at the beach. The property manager was responsive when we needed additional towels and a light bulb changed. We would definitely stay again. Be sure to check out Doc Fords and Coconut Jack’s!
