Just bring your suitcase—this 2BR/2BA condo has everything you need! Immaculate, freshly painted, and beautifully furnished with premium linens, towels, and brand-new furniture.

Enjoy vaulted ceilings, tile floors, plantation shutters, and cooling comfort from central A/C plus six ceiling fans (including one on the lanai). Start your mornings with coffee outside or at the granite breakfast bar before heading out to explore.

The master suite features a king bed, TV, private bath, and huge walk-in closet. The second bedroom offers a queen bed, while the living room includes a leather sleeper sofa with a memory foam mattress—perfect for up to 6 guests.

Cook with ease in the fully equipped kitchen (stainless steel appliances, granite counters, custom cabinets), then unwind in the spacious living area. In-unit washer/dryer, basic cable, internet, and covered parking are all included for your convenience.

Bella Terra Neighborhood and Condos Amenities are incredible! Enjoy a heated pool just for the condos, or relax at the neighborhood's huge resort-style heated pool and/or hot tub. Pickleball, tennis, basketball, fitness room, walking/running paths, bocce, roller hockey, sand volleyball, and so much more!

PLEASE NOTE: There are TWO additional fees NOT reflected on this VRBO booking!
Upon booking, the owner will send you a HOA application and HOA amenities transfer information. You will be required to pay a $150/person fee to the HOA upon submitting your application and amenities transfer also has a direct $100 total payment to the HOA. These fees are charged by the HOA and are NOT charged by the owner and are NOT collected as part of your VRBO booking.

BOOKING REQUIREMENTS: All bookings are 30+ day bookings. During Peak Season (January-April), the entire month of January, February, March, and/or April must be booked. Contact the owner for any questions!

Great Visits

This property is is in a good location for shopping, restaurants and and beach trips. The internet was stable, a real plus from other vrbos I have rented. The pots and pans were Emeril and very nice to cook with. The response to questions by the owner were quick and friendly! We enjoyed our stay!

Bella Terra Condo

Beautiful gated community with a huge resort style pool plus a pool just for the condo residents. Lots of other amenities too (did aquafit regularly) and beautifully manicured property. Our owner (Joe) was a pleasure to deal with and made sure that our needs were addressed quickly. Close to I75 so easy access to everything we needed. I would recommend this property.

Great place to rent or have permanent residency.

My wife and I stayed in a condo for five weeks. The amenities were spectacular with a great pool and gym. The community is gated with 24 hour security. Joe Clemmer is an excellent host. Joe was always checking in with pertinent information for our stay as well as immediately responding to any questions I may have. Overall a great experience!!

Beautiful and clean Condo

We stayed for one month with 2 adults and 2 children. The condo was very clean when we arrived and had everything we needed. A bedroom for the adults and one for the children, a spacious living room and a fully equipped kitchen. We enjoyed our stay very much! Joe answered always very quickly any questions we had. Also, the community Bella Terra is beautiful. We can recommend Bella Terra and this condo for a great Florida vacation.

Family Vacation

We returned home from our trip to Estero eager to get back to Bella Terra ASAP. The condo was outfitted with everything one might need. The owner was extremely helpful and responsive to any requests. The condo was immaculate with a very well equipped kitchen. There were even beach chairs, an umbrella and a nice sized cooler for us to use on our beach trips to Sanibel Island. This unit was very quiet and convenient to all of the fantastic amenities that Bella Terra offers. We very much enjoyed our stay and hope to be able to return again. In fact we liked it so much we are trying to convince my mother-in-law to rent the condo so she can enjoy it as well.

Secure, comfortable, quiet, close to area activities with great amenities

We very much enjoyed our visit to this secure, comfortable, quiet, well equipped property. The amenities on the property make it hard to leave. A small pool is within walking distance of the condo and a very large pool is not far away. Our grandchildren loved to visit and enjoy the pool and the playground. The property also offers basketball courts, tennis courts, fitness center and lots of walking paths. It is located close to shopping and restaurants. The beaches are a short drive away. The condo had a cooler, beach towels, and beach chairs for our use. The condo is very comfortably furnished. The kitchen is equipped with everything you would need to prepare a gourmet meal. The owners are gracious and accommodating and truly wanted us to enjoy our stay.
