Staff is awesome! Very accommodating. There aren’t a lot of children here but that is an attribute, imo. The location is superb with Target & similar across the street, tons of restaurant within 5 mins, & a quarter mile from interstate. I definitely recommend 👍💯😘

Room was fine. I was unaware of the homeless population staying there. If the 5 I met and talked to, they were all friendly. I didn’t fell unsafe or threatened. The free laundry was a + but the machine were constantly in use by the homeless when I was available to do laundry. It wasn’t a dealbreaker but I’ll likely choose another hotel in my next visit. We have stayed here several times in the past and my memories of the last visits were better than this one. The room smelled a little. I opened the window for fresh air when in the room. I understand what’s involved with cleaning the exterior of the room windows up high but the green and black mold all over the window was a turn off. It’s not something that maintenance staff can handle. But being a major chain you could schedule someone to clean the windows every fall before busy season.

Unexpected gem

I’ve stayed a lot of places either traveling on vacation or for work and this place was very comfortable and clean. The free laundry pool, gym, and all the little extras were great. Great price great service actual shampoo conditioner body wash you want to use a fully stocked kitchen and grills. We were on our way to key west and had a day between travel that we had to stay somewhere and this was a very unexpected pleasant surprise especially for the price. We traveled with our little dog too and it was a $30 pet fee which is the cheapest we have had the whole trip! Exceptional experience!
