Community pool is currently under HOA renovation with no confirmed reopening date. Sanibel Beach (15 minutes away) and nearby community pools are excellent alternatives.

FLORIDA SUNROOM
The hidden gem of Cozy Casita. A bright, windowed sunroom overlooking a lush green lawn with palm trees is where you will spend your mornings. Pull up a chair, pour your coffee, and watch the Florida sunshine filter through the palms. This is what snowbird season was made for. The sunroom connects directly to the dining area through sliding glass doors and feels like a private retreat within the condo.

DINING AREA
A large farmhouse-style dining table seats 6 comfortably — perfect for family visits, holiday dinners, or enjoying a home-cooked meal with friends you meet at the pool. White chairs and warm lighting make this an inviting gathering space for the whole group.

KITCHEN
The fully-equipped kitchen has everything you need to cook and eat like you are home. Stainless refrigerator with ice maker, electric range and oven, microwave, dishwasher, Keurig coffee maker, and 4-slice toaster are all ready to go. Granite countertops and white cabinetry give the kitchen a clean, bright feel. A walk-in pantry provides generous storage for all your groceries. Starter supplies including salt, pepper, cooking oil, dish soap, and paper towels are provided so you don't have to make a store run the moment you arrive. Publix grocery store is just 5 minutes away.

PRIMARY BEDROOM
Your personal Florida retreat. A comfortable queen bed dressed in nautical coastal bedding invites you to sleep in and wake up refreshed every morning of your winter stay. The room features a full white dresser with mirror, two nightstands, and a ceiling fan to keep air circulating on warm Florida nights. A wall-mounted smart TV means you can catch the news or stream your favorite shows from the comfort of bed. Closet space is generous — plenty of room to unpack and truly settle in for the season rather than living out of a suitcase. The primary en-suite bathroom is steps away and features a walk-in shower, vanity, and mirror.

SECOND BEDROOM
The second bedroom is perfectly suited for additional guests, grandchildren, or a travel companion joining you for part of the season. The room features a twin bed with a pull-out trundle — sleeping up to 2 guests comfortably. A full white dresser provides plenty of storage for extended stays. A wall-mounted smart TV and ceiling fan keep the room comfortable and entertaining on lazy Florida afternoons. Natural window light fills the room during the day giving it a bright and airy feel.

PRIMARY BATHROOM
The primary en-suite bathroom features a spacious walk-in shower with full tile surround. A well-lit vanity with mirror gives you plenty of space for your morning routine. Fresh towels are provided and the bathroom connects directly to the primary bedroom for complete privacy.

SECOND BATHROOM
The second full bathroom is conveniently located in the hallway between the second bedroom and the main living areas. Cozy Casita is available for monthly stays only with a minimum of 30 nights. This is not a weekly or nightly rental. We cater exclusively to snowbird guests seeking a comfortable extended stay in Fort Myers from October through April.

AVAILABILITY
October 1 through April 30 — snowbird season only. Early season October and November rates are our most affordable of the year. Peak season January through March fills up fast — book early to secure your dates.

ALL UTILITIES INCLUDED
Electric, water, sewer, and high-speed fiber WiFi are all included in your monthly rate. No surprise bills. No setup. No hassle. Move in and start living your Florida winter from day one.

WHAT TO BRING
Just your clothes and personal items. Everything else is here waiting for you. Linens, towels, cookware, dishes, small appliances — Cozy Casita is fully stocked and ready for immediate occupancy.

HOUSE RULES
Monthly rentals only — 30 night minimum
Maximum 4 registered guests
No smoking anywhere on the property
No pets of any kind
Quiet hours 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM
No parties or large gatherings
One covered parking space — no RVs, boats, or trailers
A signed rental agreement is required prior to check-in
Security deposit of $500 required — fully refundable upon inspection
