Centrally located just minutes from Downtown Fort Myers off the famously palm-lined McGregor Blvd, and equally as close in the other direction to the amazingly beautiful beaches on Sanibel Island & Fort Myers Beach. Quiet time = 10pm-7am. No sound outside of home, including pool area permitted during these hours. This is quiet, mostly owner occupied neighborhood.
Golf course can only be accessed & enjoyed via a paid round of golf. No walking, playing on golf course via backyard.
Use & enjoy at your own risk - especially the pool. Majority of the pool is deeper than standing height. Pool is also unheated.

We drove down to Fort Myers for a few days vacation an loved the house. VERY well upkept and in a great neighborhood. Easy check in/Check out and felt very comfortable there. Would and probably will stay again when we take another trip down!

It was clean and worked for our last minute trip. Plus it was across the golf course from our relative's home and worked out well for our unexpected family event. We didn't get to enjoy the pool as much as we would have liked to but it is a very nice pool.

Perfect Relaxing Retreat

In town for a 4-day baseball tournament with 3 teens - The pool was refreshing and the space was great for relaxing after a long day on the field. Clean, comfortable, roomy. It was one of the best Vrbo experiences for the type of stay we were seeking.

Perfect family stay!

My parents and my daughter and I stayed for two nights while visiting other family. This house was exactly as described - perfect for meals at the house! The little den area was so cozy and perfect for my daughter to watch tv and play. Loved the pool! There are plenty of towels and outdoor places to sit- excellent value. Would absolutely stay again and recommend to others!

Wonderful!

Wonderful & beautiful home. Michael, our host, was extremely attentive to our needs. Every morning we had our morning coffee sitting in the lanai with the pool and watching the golfers on the golf course. The next time we are in the Fort Myers area again for the winter we will definitely try to get this house.
