You will adore your time in this luxury, waterfront home. 7500 ft² of open concept living, pool/hot tub, workout room, 2 story no see-um screened lanai with balconies on all levels, built in outdoor grill by pool.
Fish from the dock or rent a boat nearby and cruise the back bays or Gulf of Mexico just minutes from the home. Towels, Bluetooth music, soaps and pantry items, spices, kitchen equipment and much more provided. Four electric bikes, beach chairs, coolers, cornhole game included. Close to Walmart, 7-ELEVEN, and beach store shops. 1.2 mile to north end of Ft Myers Beach (Times Square). Easy drive or bike ride!
