This properties photos do not do it justice. The home was well equipped and welcoming. The pool could have used a little TLC. Neighborhood was guiet and great for walking. Close to stores and restaurants.Not too far from beach and airport. The hosts were very prompt when I had a question.We would stay here again.

We were two couples coming down for a week of golf. We had always stayed at hotels in the past. That will never happen again as we have already booked this house for next year’s trip. The house was perfect. The hosts are awesome and emailed before, during and after the trip making sure everything was perfect for us. Clean house, awesome pool/hot tub area, great location and awesome hosts. HIGHLY recommend!

The Jasper House provided a comfortable and convenient stay for the team during their work assignment. The amenities were well-maintained and suited their needs perfectly. The location was ideal, offering easy access to work sites and local conveniences. It truly felt like a home away from home after long days. This is a great little house for a get away! The boys loved the pool and hot tub, there was a lot of extras provided and everything was clean and comfortable. Definitely would stay again!

The house was very clean and spacious for our family of four. The pool was deeper than a normal pool and larger. No issues close to a lot of things. Would definitely stay there again.

Great neighborhood, close to our family, very quiet. Pool and hot tub very clean and temperate was perfect. House was spotless and lots of great extras. Air conditioning had a hard time keeping up but it was unusually hot for May when we were there. Overall, definitely recommend!

We greatly enjoyed staying at this house. The hosts communication was excellent. The pool and hot tub were WONDERFUL. It is exactly as pictured. Location was great - very easy to get to Cape Coral, Sanibel and Fort Myers Beach. Will rent here again the next time we are in Fort Myers.

This was our 2nd time at this location and although we had an issue with the air conditioning - the hosts communication was terrific - everything else was great! Beds are comfy, tv’s in all bedrooms and lots of little added touches to make your stay easier.

House layout was good for family gatherings. Location allowed several ways to get where you want to go and avoid 75 traffic. Jonathan was very responsive to all Communications and addressed any issues we had.

We enjoy our 4-night stay at this perfectly tidy and comfy updated home while in Ft Myers for PG baseball tournament. Convenient to Hammond field and jetBlue, restaurants, etc. Had everything we needed to relax during downtime, w/d, very clean 2 full baths, pool and heated spa. Jonathan was super responsive and easy going. Will stay again when we return.

This Villa had everything we needed and more. So many added items such as laundry soap, coolers, beach chairs more kitchen spices than I have at home! The beds were very comfortable. Our only disappointment is this wonderful Villa is not available for our 2 week stay next year. Thanks Jonathan and Tania
