Located within a gated community, this private unit is fully furnished and is located on the top 3rd floor within the Lake Village (elevator access). Pricing includes access to numerous amenities and owner's club membership (Tenant to pay club transfer fee). Club social membership, beautiful dining facilities, and internet/cable is included.
