"The room was dirty had spider webs on the light had stains all over the walls there were German cockroaches coming from under the furniture all was noticed after being there for 30 min brought evidence of it to the front "

"We stayed here for a month and throughly enjoyed it. We spent most of our time outdoors and were in the pool every day. Very relaxing and comfortable area. Hosts added several personal touches that made the house feel very welcoming. Hosts respond very quickly if something is needed."

"Extremely clean, well kept property. The owners and property manager were very nice, accommodating and quick to answer any questions. Although we did go to both Fort Walton Beach and Sanibel, it was very relaxing just staying at the house instead of heading out to the beach, and we love the beach! Kids loved feeding the turtles in the canal as well. And we loved watching tv at night next to the fire pit. And of course the pool and hot tub were amazing!"

"Everything about this place was excellent, except the check in process. We received several text messages/emails prior to our stay about how we would receive check in information 30 minutes prior to check in time but it never came and then we had to start making calls and finally got in after about an hour. There is a disconnect there that was confirmed by the individual who finally got us the instructions. That being said, the space was wonderful and had everything we needed including laundry/dishwasher soap which is the last thing you want to have to purchase on vacation. The pool was amazing and heated (as promised). We had the pool to ourselves daily because most folks living at the Landing are off working so it was quiet and serene. Honestly, the pool was like new. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and they even allowed us a late checkout. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you!"

"Place was amazing and just as described. Sometimes you stay in a rental and can tell it is a rental spot by it being run down. This spot looks brand new and you can tell the owners take very good care of it. We will definitely be back to this place. "
