This is an excellent place to stay. I have stayed here many times before. It is under new management. The rooms are clean. They have kitchens. The waterfront views are incredible with gorgeous sunsets. There is a beautiful pool. Fishing from the docks. The staff is wonderful.

Air conditioning was effective, staff was very friendly and helpful especially Mike. Property could use some updating but our stay was great and we felt safe staying here. We loved fishing off the dock and relaxing in the pool every night.

This property appears to be in transition with new management/ownership. The staff were friendly. Rooms were clean but somewhat outdated. The location is good, and with canal views, it offers nice potential in my opinion. I look forward to visiting in the future.

Property was in a convenient area to where I needed to be with plenty of parking. Had no issues during my stay. Bed was comfortable and AC worked great. Room and property was clean. Only improvements I can think of is to have some cosmetic improvements such as touch up pairing on the doors and some areas of the walls as well as softer towels

We were in the area for a last minute hospital shift and with limited options, this was the closest and reasonably priced. From the pictures it looks good. We were not expecting anything fancy; just a clean, safe, working condition place to sleep a couple of hours and take a shower. Oh my were we disappointed. Toilet does not flush, fridge never cooled, sink is clogged. Building is not kept up and it feels unsafe. If you can swing it book somewhere else. We left earlier than expected.

I've stayed here 3 or 4 times, it's quite decent, you get what you pay for. Good amount of TV channels but kinda odd options.The location is loaded with places to eat you can walk too. Front desk employees are always nice and helpful (unless you need sheets or blankets, good luck!) They definitely need to revamp the housekeeping.....

Quiet & Relaxing

I needed a convenient and reasonable priced hotel to stay for one week. This place is an excellent choice. It is quiet and very relaxing. Manager/Owner does a wonderful job of making you feel at home. So much so, that I’m staying an additional week. Convenient to stores, banks and restaurants.

Great Location Dirty Hotel

The location is amazing and the view of the canal is 5 stars but the tub had mold around it, dryer didnt work, mini kitchen area super dirty and needs paint and a good clean up...
