Welcome to the Cypress Island ! Here is a chance to rent your own Island in Florida. A 200ft Private drive takes you to an electric security gate as you enter your Island which is on 1.70 Acres and fully surrounded by Spruce Lake.
The grounds are beautifully manicured and have many Cypress tress and Orange trees throughout the property.

The Main House has a 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms (3,000 sqft). This house has Beautiful Vaulted Wood ceilings and Tile floors throughout.
The Over sized living room will definitely get your attention when you enter. The Master bedroom is Huge! Enjoy views from every rooms.
​The Guest House Has 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom (1,000 sqft)
It has a single car garage with covered parking for up to five cars.
Both house have their own kitchens, living spaces, washers and dryers. Don't miss an extremely rare opportunity to rent this unique property. It is the only Island for rent in San Carlos Park.

Trashy property

This property was completely trashed. Furniture in the front yard, garbage everywhere, just a filthy drug house. Nothing at all like the pictures. No communication from property owners, therefore no refund either
