This is a 55+ community at Westchester II, pool and clubhouse on premises.
HOA requires 3 months rental minimum, available 4.1.2025 through Christmas 2025. We are planning to come back January 2026 through March 2026.
One BD, 1 BA, carport parking space assigned, outdoor heated pool, fitness room in clubhouse, beautiful landscaping, elevator and laundry. Furnished, has microwave, coffee maker, toaster oven, mixer, pots and pans, silverware, towels, linens, clothes hangers, iron and ironing board, vacuum,and more. Ready to move in. Easy walk to public transit and a great neighborhood. Maximum occupants - two, of which one or single occupant must be 55+. HOA requires approval and background check. $100.00 HOA fee will be covered for approved tenant(s).
IMPORTANT: no lighted candles or anything flammable.

Central air/AC electric. No smoking allowed inside condo or anywhere on the premises. No pets allowed. Assigned parking space under carport, your car stays away from sun. Please be courteous to others in this 55+ community. No alterations, decorations or wall hanging of pictures or fixtures permitted, contact landlord for any questions.
