Welcome to TOP FLORIDA's Villa Aruba! This exquisitely furnished and equipped Villa is not just "Canal front" it is "Lake Front"! The expansive Britannia lake offers unparalleled privacy and serenity, plus quick boating access to the Gulf of Mexico. Villa Aruba is a three bedroom, two-and-a-half bathroom Villa with heated pool/spa and ready for your Florida dream vacation. Flat screen TV's in all bedrooms, and for your convenience there is complimentary WiFi.

Our guests enjoy an electric allowance of $50/week or $150/month and only pay over that per usage.
Please note, a full-size crib, pack-and-plays and highchairs can be rented from us as well.

Amazing!

I travel a lot and stay in many different properties. This was my favorite! The home was comfortable, clean, beautiful and convenient. I look forward to retuning! The home is on a quiet street with a beautiful view of a wide canal. The pool, spa and deck were fantastic. We walked to restaurants while enjoying a neighborhood location.
