TOP FLORIDA's Villa Lake View

  • Welcome to TOP FLORIDA PROPERTIES' Villa Lake View. This Villa, situated on one of the sought-after Eight Lakes, has incredible views over the water. Gulf-access waterfront!
    Located in the prestigious Eight Lakes in Cape Coral. This fully furnished Villa with an open concept, and cathedral ceiling is perfect for indoor as well as outdoor entertaining. The disappearing sliding doors allows for direct views of the pool and lake. Enjoy lounging around in the master bedroom which includes a king size bed and private bath. The guest bedrooms feature a king and two twin beds, and they share a bathroom. For those who can't do without, the house also has a small office. Villa Lake View is located in a quiet neighborhood, minutes from shopping, golf courses and Fort Myers, close to Sanibel and Captiva Island. It is a great location for both boaters and those who love to fish. Come enjoy the panoramic views of the lake with gorgeous sunsets and create new memories!

    Villa Lake View is pet friendly (with approval).  Cats are not permissible.  Please note there is a $100 pet fee per dog and an additional pet addendum to sign.  Villa Lake View features Samsung and Roku TV services.  Our guests enjoy an electric allowance of $50/week or $150/month and only pay over that per usage.
    Please note, a full-size crib, pack-and-plays and highchairs can be rented from us as well.

    Villa Lake View offers 2 kayaks for guests to enjoy.
