"The hotel’s location is absolutely fabulous, with breathtaking views, beautifully landscaped gardens, lovely beaches, excellent swimming pools, and convenient transportation facilities. Everything about the surroundings makes for a truly relaxing and enjoyable stay. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, especially Mariam from the Front Office and Mustafa from Housekeeping, who both deserve special thanks for their hospitality and professionalism. My only concern is the maintenance of some facilities and equipment, specifically in the Boutique Chalets, where I stayed in Room 3026. The Wi-Fi signal was extremely weak, some lights in the room could not be switched off, and the jacuzzi in the bathroom needed maintenance. In addition, the swimming pool in front of the chalet was undergoing maintenance during my stay. These are relatively minor issues compared with the overall experience, but addressing them would make an already wonderful stay even better. Apart from these points, everything was absolutely perfect. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and will definitely return very soon, sooner than I had originally planned! Highly recommended for anyone looking for a beautiful setting, excellent surroundings, and genuinely welcoming staff."

"I really enjoyed my time there. Nice pool and lobby area. Room was nice and clean but the bathroom tub was very high and I think it was not safe because of the height and wet floor. No wash cloth size towel but they offered loffa when we requested. Also the orientation of towel bars was not the best to hang towels and clothes. Staff were polite and helpful. Nice private beach and safe to cross the busy street using the traffic light but still I would prefer a tunnel . Also the beach was not obvious to notice and I had to ask staff about it to locate it. Breakfast is expensive and I believe it should have been included with the room. Overall a nice hotel and I will choose it again."
