"#1. First thing we were faced with is she has a sign on the bathroom wastepaper basket saying not to put toilet paper down the stool. We didn't pay this amount of money to do that and if we would have known this, we would have never rented this place. #2. Septic smell on porch next to septic tank. Found out the tank is covered by an old stop sign, not a cement lid. No wonder there is a septic ordor. #3. Refrigerator was not working correctly. Ice maker and filtered water was broke.
